How much does a QuickBooks cleanup cost?
Cleanup is quoted as a one-time fee based on how far behind the file is, how many accounts and transactions are involved, and how much reclassification is needed. We give you the quote up front, before any work starts.
How far behind can you catch up?
As far as needed. We regularly bring files current that are many months — sometimes years — behind, whether in QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
What happens after the cleanup?
You get a reconciled, audit-ready file. From there you can keep it clean with our ongoing QuickBooks bookkeeping, or take it back and run it yourself.
Can you fix a file someone else set up?
Yes. A large share of our cleanup work is on files originally set up by another bookkeeper, a previous owner, or the business owner. We diagnose it and correct it.
